What you will do

• Own significant platform components end-to-end from technical design through production delivery.
• Build backend services, APIs, and frontend systems that power a real-time collaborative content platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish quality standards for the team.
• Mentor SE II engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Integrate AI tooling concretely into the development workflow and the final product.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical plans.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Genuine full-stack capability across backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and interactive frontend UIs.
• Strong API design experience with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Cloud-native fluency in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Must be based in the United States; E-verify will be used to establish identity and eligibility.
• Active and concrete experience building with AI tools or creating AI-driven tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time or collaborative systems, such as live data sync or event-driven architectures.
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, including component modeling and rendering performance.
