Application Data Manager (SAP)

TL;DR

Application Data Manager (SAP): New creation of master data and ensuring central data management, engineering change management in cooperation with other departments. Focus on processing incoming requests for material and business partner data, mass maintenance and cleaning, quality monitoring, and ERP user management.

Location: Remote - Spain (hybrid, 1-2 days per week WFH, office next to Westfield La Maquinista in Barcelona area)

What you will do

• Enter and process requests for new master data creation (materials, accounts, conditions).
• Maintain and update existing master data per specialist departments' specifications.
• Perform mass data maintenance, cleaning, extracts, and quality monitoring in IT applications.
• Manage engineering changes: check completeness, implement revisions/discontinuations, document processes.
• Handle ERP user entry/exit requests and support accounting/SCM teams with data tasks.
• Maintain sales price master data and long-term vendor declarations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with SAP system.
• Experience in master data management in ERP (material, business partner, BOM, routing).
• Several years in ERP change management or in-depth IT application knowledge.
• Analytical, conceptual, process-oriented mindset; independent, team-oriented, communicative.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
