Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management Specialist (Cybersecurity/Embedded): Detecting and remediating cybersecurity issues in automotive and audio products with an accent on vulnerability and incident management. Location: Queretaro, Mexico. Flexible work environment allowing for full-time remote work globally for applicable positions; otherwise, hybrid/onsite in Mexico.

What you will do

• Collaborate with IT Security and product teams to resolve vulnerabilities and incidents related to hirify.global products.
• Coordinate security incident communication with 3rd parties, including OEMs, suppliers, and numbering authorities.
• Produce security advisories, bulletins, and vulnerability reporting.
• Implement and adapt new cybersecurity tools and processes to improve threat intelligence and response.
• Act as a process and technology advisor to support decision-making during incident responses.
• Mentor junior team members and support daily PSIRT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including 4-6 years of technical expertise.
• Experience with IT, embedded systems, OT/ICS, or threat intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• English proficiency level C1–C2.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% (domestic and international).

Nice to have

• AIAG, SANS GIAC, or Incident Handler specific certifications.
• Knowledge of CSIRT, PSIRT, or FIRST norms and workflows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages or low-code environments.
• Conversational or technical German.
• Master's Degree.
