What you will do

• Analyze AI-related attack vectors such as prompt injection and model poisoning to develop remediation plans.
• Monitor, audit, and remediate critical security exposures across AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the end-to-end incident response lifecycle for security incidents.
• Implement advanced automation and AI agents for detection rule testing, auditing, and reporting.
• Architect secure governance and guardrails for AI/ML workloads in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in security and monitor the external threat landscape.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in security engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, EKS), IAM, and security controls.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes architecture, and securing platforms like EKS.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Programming proficiency in Python for security tooling and automation.
• Must be based in Mexico or have valid work authorization (No sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, SOX, and PCI.
• Experience with IAM tools (Okta, OneLogin), Zero Trust architectures, and DLP solutions.
• Experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) technologies.
