What you will do

• Design and implement security controls for cloud infrastructure (GCP/Kubernetes) using Terraform.
• Review RFCs and architecture diagrams to ensure security is embedded from the design phase.
• Own the vulnerability management program using platforms like DefectDojo.
• Conduct security audits, threat modeling, and promote secure coding practices for Python services.
• Coordinate internal and external penetration testing engagements and drive remediation efforts.
• Partner with GRC functions to implement controls for SOC 2 and PCI compliance audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Architect or Product Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python to align with the primary tech stack.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes (GKE), and Docker.
• Experience in regulated industries (Fintech, Healthcare) and familiarity with SOC 2 and PCI DSS.
