What you will do

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards supporting day-to-day business decisions.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure BI services reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, QA, and Ops teams on reporting consistency and data quality.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve insights speed.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and data anomalies with engineering partners.
• Support data governance and enhance reporting workflows for better performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• 1-3 years in data engineering, BI development, analytics, or reporting.
• Proficiency with BI tools: Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL and understanding of data structures for reporting.
• Interest in automation, scripting, and workflow tools; comfort with on-call for business-critical reporting.
