What you will do

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential event visitors to enhance attendance and engagement.
  • Extract, organize, and consolidate visitor data from registration forms, surveys, and digital interactions.
  • Perform thorough analysis to identify trends, visitor preferences, and behaviors to drive targeted marketing.
  • Collaborate with regional data teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Oversee telecenter workflows, including data entry accuracy and staff training programs.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Commercial, or a related field.
  • Strong command of both English and Vietnamese is required.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated people management skills.
  • Must be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
