What you will do

  • Explore data to uncover insights and translate complex findings into compelling business narratives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and evaluate key success metrics and track business trends.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to drive product improvements and business outcomes.
  • Build clear, user-friendly Tableau dashboards to visualize data trends and insights.
  • Utilize relational databases and SQL to perform deep-dive analyses and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks and accelerate analytical processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data exploration, analysis, and visualization.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimentation using platforms like Statsig or Mixpanel.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (BigQuery, Redshift, MySQL) and SQL query authoring.
  • Working knowledge of web and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Amplitude.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or dbt.
  • Exposure to SEO and performance marketing analytics.
