What you will do

  • Coordinate intake and triage of APAC revenue technology requests with sales teams and stakeholders
  • Identify business needs, analyze requirements, and define success metrics through workshops and discussions
  • Translate commercial needs into structured user stories and high-level solution designs for GTS teams
  • Liaise between commercial teams and developers in Agile scrum processes, supporting backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Validate solutions, obtain stakeholder sign-off during sprint reviews and UAT, and ensure proper documentation
  • Interpret revenue strategy into technology guardrails, challenging misaligned requests

Requirements

  • 3+ years in commercial-facing roles like sales operations, revenue operations, or business analysis
  • 3+ years with enterprise CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to translate requirements into technology solutions
  • Experience in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication with commercial and technical stakeholders in matrixed regional setup
  • Analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
  • Experience supporting B2B sales or revenue functions
  • Background in regulated industries like medical devices or health sciences
  • Familiarity with sales enablement (Seismic) or conversation intelligence tools (Gong)
