TL;DR

Arabic-Speaking Due Diligence Interviewer (Corporate Intelligence): Conducting live virtual pre-investment interviews to verify identities and sources of wealth with an accent on accuracy, objectivity, and discretion. Focus on probing business interests, conducting professional communication in Arabic and English, and managing the full interview lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (Kuala Lumpur or Cape Town). Must have permission to work in Kuala Lumpur by the start of employment.

What you will do

  • Conduct professional virtual interviews in Arabic and English with high net worth individual (HNWI) investors.
  • Verify identities, understand occupations, and analyze sources of wealth and investment motivations.
  • Manage the full interview lifecycle, from pre-interview coordination to the secure storage of recordings.
  • Collaborate with global Corporate Intelligence teams and the investment migration due diligence practice.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical or methodological issues during live sessions.
  • Contribute to the administration and smooth operation of the interview service delivery.

Requirements

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic (native level) and mastery of professional communication is a must.
  • Valid work authorization for Kuala Lumpur.
  • Business literacy to engage with and probe explanations of business interests and wealth composition.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced communication, operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work unsupervised.
