Ronin Europe is hiring a Legal & Corporate Operations Specialist ⚖️
We need a hands-on person to own our corporate housekeeping in Cyprus and coordinate with agents and service providers across multiple jurisdictions — someone who's equally comfortable filing with the Registrar and drafting a PoA.
📍 Limassol, Cyprus (on-site as needed)

What you'll own:

Cyprus Registrar filings, corporate deadlines and statutory records 🗂️
KYC docs, notarisations, apostilles and coordination with external agents and counsel 🌍
Drafting contracts, resolutions, minutes and powers of attorney ✍️
Contract execution workflows and general legal ops support 📋

What we're looking for:

Based in Cyprus, available on-site in Limassol
1+ years in corporate services, company secretarial, paralegal or legal ops
Strong English and Greek (Russian is a plus 🤝)
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
Confident with MS Office, e-sign tools and PDF management

Nice to have:
LLB or paralegal qualification, multi-jurisdiction experience, KYC/compliance background
