What you will do

• Define and tailor project-specific ASPICE SWE.2 strategies, activities, work products, tools, and roles.
• Guide teams in software requirements analysis, SRS/TRS creation, validation, and traceability using approved tools.
• Provide training, coaching, internal audits, spot checks, and mock assessments for process compliance.
• Track and report process KPIs and maturity gate tasks to project management.
• Collaborate with QA teams to close gaps and prepare for ASPICE assessments.
• Identify improvements and contribute to global process harmonization.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
• Minimum 5 years as process owner/expert in automotive software development.
• Certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor or equivalent; strong knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, Agile.
• Experience with DOORS, DNG, EA; software verification (static analysis, unit testing).
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE PAM; expertise in software architecture for complex systems.
• Ownership of software quality programs for safety-critical products.

Nice to have

• Master’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience in Automotive Software Development Frameworks.
