What you will do

• Define technical and coding standards and oversee the product release process.
• Code complex solutions and prototypes using AI-assisted and agentic coding tools.
• Evaluate technical designs to ensure alignment with product standards and suggest new technologies.
• Mentor developers and provide feedback through rigorous code reviews.
• Develop and execute ITDs to solve deep technical problems.
• Act as the primary platform technical expert across different departments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and enterprise SaaS teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Proficiency in implementing unit/integration tests, CI/CD pipeline management, and containerized applications.
• Strong English communications (oral and written).
• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic or multi-agent workflows.
• DevOps expertise.
• Background in ERP product development.
• Experience with T-SQL and legacy VB6 modernization.
