What you will do

• Coordinate daily corporate actions and listing activities across Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon cash markets for multiple asset classes.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and seamless client experience.
• Guide team in executing corporate actions with quality, accuracy and full compliance.
• Manage escalations, communicate risks to senior management including CFO.
• Foster collaboration across departments, harmonise processes and support pan-European alignment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on innovation, digitalisation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reporting, monitor performance and maintain client relationships.
• Raise awareness of corporate actions impacts on clearing, settlement and market ecosystem.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French required; additional European languages advantage.
• At least 5 years in exchange or financial services with strong corporate actions and client-facing operations background.
• Proven track record leading projects and initiatives.
• Master’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, products and market infrastructure.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making judgement.
