What you will do

• Lead group accounting activities across multiple jurisdictions including France, Switzerland, US, and UK.
• Manage a team of 4 internal accountants and external advisors.
• Define and improve internal accounting policies, closing checklists, and reporting processes.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, recharges, and the preparation of statutory accounts.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of the Odoo ERP system.
• Coordinate corporate and VAT tax filings and support statutory audits.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of accounting experience in an international environment with multiple subsidiaries.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Strong command of French GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS accounting standards.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be based in Paris for this on-site role.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
