TL;DR

Graphic Designer (AI): Creating high-conversion paid social media ad assets for an AI-powered fitness app with an accent on direct response design and AI image generation. Focus on producing polished static ads and Instagram carousels that drive user acquisition in the US market.

Location: Remote (Minimum 30-minute daily overlap with Central Standard Time / Austin, TX required)

What you will do

Develop static image advertisements for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and App Store product pages.
Create Instagram carousel ads with cohesive visual flow and clear calls to action.
Generate and curate commercial-quality visuals using Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL-E 3.
Perform photo editing and retouching on user-generated content and product photography.
Adapt master creatives across various platform specifications (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9).
Iterate on top-performing ad concepts based on performance feedback.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience designing paid social media advertisements with a portfolio in direct response or performance creative.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong working knowledge of Canva Pro for rapid iteration.
Demonstrated experience using AI image generation tools for commercial visuals.
Ability to work accurately within strict brand guidelines.
Daily overlap of at least 30 minutes with Central Standard Time (CST) for async check-ins and handoffs.

Nice to have

Experience designing for health, fitness, wellness, or consumer app brands.
Basic motion graphics or GIF animation skills for social ads.
Familiarity with ad platform technical specifications across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple.
