Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Ship the People platform MVP by November 2026, migrating Workday modules into a custom React/Python/Go application.
• Co-define the product vision and roadmap through user discovery with People teams.
• Architect secure systems handling sensitive HR data, ensuring GDPR and data residency compliance.
• Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to optimize development and build AI-enabled features.
• Establish documentation and governance to enable long-term internal ownership of the tools.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (backend primary) with a track record of shipping production apps.
• Proficiency in React and Python or Go.
• Experience designing for security, access control, and GDPR compliance.
• Product engineer mindset with ability to run user discovery and challenge specifications.
• High autonomy and owner mindset for delivering ambiguous projects.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS/People tools (Workday, ATS, Payroll systems) or internal tooling for large organizations.
