Fullstack Software Engineer (TypeScript)

Location: Paris office or remote from France

Salary: €45,000–€65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity.

hirify.global is a Tech for Good product company building an AI-powered clinical trial platform that improves access to research for doctors and patients worldwide.

What you will do

• Build and maintain product features from design through implementation, deployment, and support.
• Develop integrations with electronic health record services to assess patients against clinical trials.
• Build centralized workflows for site networks to apply to trials and assess patients across multiple sites.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, product leads, AI engineers, and software engineers.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, codebase health, development pace, and product quality.
• Share knowledge internally and externally through talks, blog posts, and other materials.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining web products in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.
• Experience with functional programming and interest in applying it professionally.
• Experience collaborating proactively with product managers and designers, with an interest in domain-driven design.
• Experience with shared codebases and software craftsmanship practices such as TDD and clean code.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English and French.

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in a startup or scaleup with a SaaS product.
