What you will do

• Design, build, and implement new components, products, or technologies for the engine platform.
• Provide NPI/NSI technical support and lead product improvement projects.
• Act as the product owner and compliance representative for the team.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts as the technical expert for factory production issues.

Requirements

• Working onsite five days a week in Tianjin, China.
• Master's Degree preferred or 10+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in product design for manufacturing (MFG).
• Advanced analytical thinking skills for root cause analysis and solution creation.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and complex projects.
