What you will do

• Deliver high-fidelity designs, including components, variants, and edge cases for investing and savings products.
• Design scalable patterns and systems to ensure consistency across the mobile app.
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas through usability testing and iteration using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with iOS and Android engineers to validate technical feasibility and reduce rework.
• Communicate design intent, trade-offs, and rationale to stakeholders.
• Create concise documentation to support decision-making and implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong understanding of mobile constraints (iOS/Android).
• Proven track record of designing and scaling B2C products.
• Experience in complex product domains such as fintech or banking.
• Ability to work in ambiguous spaces and shape new product areas from early stages.
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and rationale.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Experience with savings, investing, or financial management products.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for UI generation and prototyping.
• Familiarity with mobile tech stacks like SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience in regulated environments and compliance considerations.
