TL;DR

UX Research Thesis Intern (Product Design): Conducting a graduation project to identify data-driven predictors of financial health among Gen Z with an accent on behavioral, psychological, and contextual factors. Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, NL. Must be currently enrolled in a university in the Netherlands

What you will do

• Explore behavioral, psychological, and contextual predictors of financial health in Gen Z.
• Design and conduct research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
• Analyze data to identify meaningful patterns and relationships.
• Translate research insights into actionable opportunities for UX and product teams.
• Develop a framework that links financial health predictors to product opportunities.
• Formulate evidence-based recommendations to support financial resilience among young users.

Requirements

• Master's student in Human Technology Interaction, HCI, Industrial Design, (Cognitive/Behavioral) Psychology or a related research-oriented field.
• Must be currently enrolled in a university in the Netherlands.
• Strong interest in user research and familiarity with experimental design and analysis.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Fluency in English.
