Webcon Consultant / Team Lead (ERP)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Warsaw). Position applicable for candidates in Poland, Latam, Moldova, and Romania.

What you will do

• Lead the WEBCON implementation team and oversee solution quality, architecture, and delivery.
• Design and implement business processes, applications, and workflows on the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Analyze client business processes, run workshops, and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Supervise integrations between WEBCON and external systems such as ERP, HR, CRM, IAM, or Service Desk.
• Participate in presales activities, including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and presentations.
• Support the strategic growth of the WEBCON offering by identifying new use cases and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in WEBCON BPS implementations, including lead or senior expert roles.
• Strong knowledge of WEBCON BPS (process design, forms, workflows, business rules, and administration).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with system integrations via REST API and web services.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and communicate effectively between business and IT teams.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for Poland, Latam, Moldova, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BPMN or UML.
• Experience in presales, proposal preparation, and project estimation.
• Domain expertise in Telco, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
