TL;DR

Associate Director, ERP Development (SAP ABAP): Leading the design and implementation of robust SAP ERP solutions with an accent on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration and innovation. Focus on guiding development teams, architecting scalable ERP applications, and overseeing S/4HANA transformations.

Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week from the Warsaw office, 2 days remote. Must be based in the Poland time zone and be flexible with hours to support global coordination (China, Europe, North America, LATAM).

Salary: 289,800.00 - 362,300.00 PLN

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of SAP ABAP solutions within ERP projects.
• Architect and implement integration scenarios using SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Platform, Fiori, and UI5.
• Establish and maintain ABAP development standards and conduct technical code reviews.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver seamless ERP enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, managing supplier relationships and coaching staff.
• Support migration and upgrade projects, including S/4HANA transformations and cloud enablement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including experience as a technical lead.
• Proven expertise in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), S/4HANA, Fiori, UI5, CDS views, and OData services.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD) for SAP.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP data products (BW, Datasphere, BDC) implementation and integration.
• Certifications in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP PI/PO, cloud integration, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
