TL;DR

Principal Maximo Consultant (Maximo): Lead delivery of large-scale Maximo implementation projects with an accent on technical architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment. Focus on architecting robust solutions, mentoring teams, mitigating risks, and acting as trusted advisor to clients.

Location: Poland (Hybrid/Remote/Office), Warszawa or Krakow. Around 20% travel expected within Poland and EMEA. Business-level fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

What you will do

• Serve as technical solution leader on complex Maximo projects from design to deployment.
• Lead hands-on configuration, customization, and development of Maximo based on functional requirements.
• Architect, design, and document technical solutions including system configs, process maps, data standards, and training materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to execute plans, manage deliveries, and mitigate risks.
• Lead client design workshops, understand business challenges, and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Mentor consultants and team members while contributing to business development via RFIs/RFPs and demos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years delivering high-value Maximo projects across industries.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring teams.
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• Knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL).
• Proven technical leadership in architecting solutions and mentoring.
• Business-level fluency in Polish and English mandatory.
