What you will do

• Build end-to-end features improving team collaboration and sharing in ChatGPT.
• Design activation and engagement systems like product hooks and rollout flows to drive adoption.
• Partner with engineers on enterprise controls, security, permissions, and compliance.
• Integrate agent experiences into ChatGPT interface for native, safe business scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with API and company knowledge teams.

Requirements

• 9+ years professional engineering experience in tech/product companies.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and web technologies.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript) and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL.
• Focus on reliability, safety, and performance in production.
• Interest in AI/ML; thrive in fast-paced environments.
