What you will do

• Lead and architect critical software projects from conception and design through launch and operation.
• Develop AI-native workflows to eliminate team toil and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and GTM teams to iterate on customer requests and implement new features.
• Own end-to-end deliverables within the quarterly roadmap and maintain divisional SLAs/SLOs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to raise the overall bar of engineering excellence.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in backend web development and distributed systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and/or Go.
• Proven experience building and operating components from scratch in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in asynchronous and written communication for distributed teams.
• Eligibility to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Django, Celery, Kafka, Prometheus, and Postgres/MySQL.
• Proficiency with frontend frameworks, specifically React.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead.
• Experience working in a startup or the cybersecurity industry.
• MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
