What you will do

• Lead the implementation of large features and multi-sprint projects using C# and .NET.
• Design and maintain performant, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Translate complex problems and acceptance criteria into testable backend solutions.
• Influence engineering practices to improve overall system quality and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with product and QA stakeholders to validate architectural approaches via prototypes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in C#, .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Entity Framework Core.
• Proven track record of designing and building RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of gRPC or GraphQL API patterns.
