What you will do
- Manage Patient Support Programs by liaising with key stakeholders and program teams.
- Coordinate the enrollment of eligible patients according to defined workflows and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient files to ensure timely submission and project standards.
- Conduct visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and support sites to assist implementation.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance, patient metrics, and quality assurance.
- Report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with SOPPs and client requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a medical background or social work.
- 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare, scientific field, or NGO.
- Experience in customer service management.
- Must be based in Giza, Egypt.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel frequently.
Nice to have
- Experience in data monitoring and management.
- Experience coordinating logistics or supply chain operations.
