What you will do

• Assist in managing Patient Support Programs by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollment.
• Educate patients and coordinate seamless enrollment processes aligned with program procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records using Patient Management System (PMS).
• Ensure efficient medication delivery and accompany team on visits to providers and sites.
• Prepare reports on program performance, quality assurance, and adverse events.
• Perform administrative duties and comply with regulations, SOPPs, and training requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in medical background, social work, or related field ideal.
• 0-1 year experience in healthcare, scientific field, NGO, customer service, data monitoring, or logistics advantageous.
• Ability to travel frequently and flexibility in working hours essential.
• Based in Riyadh with readiness for travel outside designated region.
