What you will do

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless sponsorship handoffs.
• Maintain a centralized tracker to monitor the progress of all sponsor deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing expectations and communication.
• Ensure all branding and assets meet sponsor guidelines and internal standards.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate on post-show reports to analyze sponsorship performance and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for this onsite role.
• 6-month fixed-term contract availability required.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability in organization and time management to track complex timelines.
• High attention to detail regarding scope of work and expectations.
• Proactive risk management skills to address potential delays or scope creep.
