What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of government and enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Lead end-to-end account delivery, ensuring projects and reporting cycles meet high standards.
- Translate media monitoring and social listening insights into strategic client recommendations.
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention through proactive account planning.
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to internal product and support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services.
- Proven experience working with government or public sector clients.
- Strong background in project delivery and managing complex stakeholder structures.
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and customer success tools.
