Salary: $129,500 - $217,700 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing support of projects for the ZHL Task Platform.
• Contribute to the design of new features and facilitate engineering discussions.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar for code quality.
• Develop web and mobile applications using ES6, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Implement and optimize persistence strategies using relational and non-relational databases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with ES6, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Experience with various persistence strategies, including relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven track record as a technical leader with impact beyond the immediate team.
• High proficiency in designing, debugging, and maintaining full-stack software systems.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling relational databases, such as Aurora Postgres.
• Experience building internal platforms at scale.
• Expertise in API design (GraphQL or REST).
• Experience building distributed systems and microservices.
• Background in Mortgage or Regulated Fintech.
