What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional activities for business transformation initiatives and maintain documentation of deliverables.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories, documenting current and future state processes.
• Manage reporting cadences, including weekly business reviews (WBRs) and executive reporting.
• Improve program management tools and workflows through automation efforts.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement optimization solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting and tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or program support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Must be based in New York, NY; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Washington DC

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as Zapier.
