Product Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Represent Product Support Engineering as a core team member for existing and new product lines.
• Collaborate with SW, ME, HW engineering and repair operations to resolve field issues and escalations.
• Lead project management for field upgrades and NR projects.
• Manage technicians across satellite and customer sites in Taiwan.
• Analyze system trends to improve reliability and collaborate on design for serviceability (DFS).
• Develop Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) strategies and support system installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), with a preference for Electromechanical.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in Electromechanical, Embedded, and Networking areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, Cebu, and North Reading.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Product Support or Automation.
• Experience in Storage Test, System Level Test, or Semiconductor testing.
• Technical Project Management experience.
