What you will do
- Represent Product Support Engineering as a core team member for existing and new product lines.
- Collaborate with SW, ME, HW engineering and repair operations to resolve field issues and escalations.
- Lead project management for field upgrades and NR projects.
- Manage technicians across satellite and customer sites in Taiwan.
- Analyze system trends to improve reliability and collaborate on design for serviceability (DFS).
- Develop Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) strategies and support system installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), with a preference for Electromechanical.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in Electromechanical, Embedded, and Networking areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically.
- Ability to travel to customer sites, Cebu, and North Reading.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Product Support or Automation.
- Experience in Storage Test, System Level Test, or Semiconductor testing.
- Technical Project Management experience.
