What you will do

• Lead the release and transfer of process options at foundries.
• Collaborate closely with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines, and stakeholders to qualify and release processes.
• Steer projects towards timely completion to meet business requirements.
• Act as the main decision-maker for process integration, balancing technical requirements, schedules, and logistics.
• Manage and maximize leverage from foundry partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or MSc in physics, material engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor process integration within foundry production or development teams.
• Proven experience leading teams in development, transfer, or production projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor physics, process development, manufacturing, and device physics.
• Expertise in product testing, reliability testing, and tapeouts.
• Strong communication skills and a result-driven, proactive attitude.
