What you will do

• Manage heavy phone lines, complex calendars, travel, and expense reports.
• Support the Head of Motion Picture Marketing with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports on film and industry performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and experience in the motion picture marketing industry.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of industry executives with diplomacy.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for on-site work.
• Attendance at evening events is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
