What you will do

• Cultivate and retain client relationships to reduce year-over-year attrition within a defined POS portfolio.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to identify at-risk accounts and execute retention and growth strategies.
• Perform financial rate analysis and interpret competitor quotes to negotiate and maximize revenue potential.
• Respond to requests for account reviews, product information, and account terminations effectively.
• Identify product offerings for existing clients and establish relationships with newly assigned accounts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and status within Salesforce.

Requirements
