Customer Success Intern (Fintech)

Focus on resolving investor issues, automating tasks with AI, and identifying product gaps to improve the user experience.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

What you will do

• Help investors resolve issues regarding tax forms, logins, and investment queries via email and video calls.
• Learn and utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to build scripts, Slackbots, and mini-dashboards.
• Identify, reproduce, and ship fixes for bugs within the investor flow.
• Analyze investor interaction patterns to create help documentation or suggest product improvements.
• Provide operational support during high-volume periods such as tax season.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or hold a valid US work visa.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for onsite work.
• Currently in school, a recent graduate, or taking a gap year (any major).
• Strong human-centric communication and writing skills without corporate jargon.
• High reliability, accountability, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Intense desire to learn and experiment with AI tools.
