What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational coordination of a large-scale platform migration, ensuring workstreams stay on track.
• Maintain the program Action Tracker, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Produce weekly progress reports and dashboards for program leadership, flagging deviations and recommending actions.
• Maintain critical program documentation including RACI charts, process flows, playbooks, and the Migration Wiki.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams spanning Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Product, Technical, Field Services, and Sales.
• Manage bespoke timelines, overlap periods, and go/no-go criteria for enterprise customer migrations.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations coordination, or delivery coordination across multiple teams and regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse cultures and regions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously across global time zones.
