What you will do

• Serve on customer projects focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, benchmarking, performance testing, migrations, and tooling.
• Provide consultative support for strategic customers including implementation, onboarding, production launches, POCs, and architectural assistance.
• Handle L1-L3 support cases and communications when not on projects.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to roadmap and account plans.
• Develop documentation, knowledge base articles, reference architectures, blogs, and benchmarks.
• Mentor new team members and be available for on-call and up to 35% onsite regional travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
• 5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant distributed DBMS.
• Technical expertise in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system/network administration, big data.
• Experience leading large technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Expertise with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS offerings.
