What you will do

• Develop end-to-end services and processes for employee pay, training, and job choices.
• Build scalable pay premium, job training, and career mobility options worldwide.
• Use modern technologies to solve complex problems at hirify.global scale.
• Own automation of business processes in a full stack, mostly serverless AWS environment.
• Scale services to serve hundreds of thousands of hirify.globalians in real-time across the globe.
• Design, develop, and test enterprise business systems integrating with hirify.global's internal operations.

Requirements

• Experience in professional software development (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
