What you will do

• Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for embedded software platforms
• Validate embedded software and hardware against functional, performance, and safety requirements
• Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems
• Identify, analyze defects, track resolutions, and drive continuous improvement
• Promote software quality best practices and mentor team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong background in embedded systems testing, particularly automotive or similar domains
• Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments
• Proven track record developing automated testing frameworks and tools
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and lifecycle processes
• Experience in agile development environments
