Salary: starts at 68,000 CZK/month (senior), 80,000 CZK/month (deputy QA lead).

What you will do

• Conduct systematic testing of gameplay, content, technical systems, and regression throughout the full development cycle.
• Investigate issues from QA, players, developers, and community, with clear reporting, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and production to ensure high quality and smooth releases.
• Maintain and improve project quality, identify risks, and push for critical fixes.
• Define testing priorities, workflows, and standards while supporting team efficiency.
• Review team work, share technical QA knowledge, and improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English
• At least 5 years professional QA experience in gaming industry
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, experience testing game systems and features
• Understanding of development workflows and bug reporting standards
• Experience leading a small team and good management skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and push quality standards higher
