Programme Test Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for the programme, covering SIT, UAT, and OAT levels.
• Establish testing governance, quality metrics, and reporting across multiple delivery streams.
• Chair the Defect Review Board (DRB) and oversee defect governance processes.
• Provide technical oversight for complex system integrations and manage test data strategies aligned with GDPR.
• Lead and coordinate hybrid QA teams consisting of internal engineers, contractors, and offshore partners.
• Provide data-driven release readiness assessments to support Go/No-Go decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Programme Test Manager in large-scale, multi-team delivery environments.
• Expertise in defining and implementing test strategies for complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading distributed and hybrid QA teams within Agile environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic.
