Performance QA Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing from requirements to results analysis
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade test environments with large infrastructures and complex topologies
• Identify performance bottlenecks and limits, collaborating with developers, QA, and product managers
• Participate in root cause analysis of customer-reported performance issues
• Own and evolve performance test labs, including creation, configuration, and monitoring

Requirements

• Technical education or strong hands-on passion for systems and performance
• 1–2 years in performance/load testing or system performance background
• Ability to analyze results and identify bottlenecks, limits, and risks
• Solid advanced knowledge of Windows and/or Linux (user or admin level)
• Understanding of system internals: CPU, memory, storage, networking
• English proficiency for daily international team communication

Nice to have

• Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and performance profiling
• Scripting, test automation, or infrastructure deployment
• Virtualization platforms and large virtual environments
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Python
• Ansible, Terraform, or IaC tools
