Location: Must be based in or near Austin, TX (hybrid). US work authorization required; no new visa sponsorship.

Salary: $136,500 — $179,960 USD

What you'll do

• Lead Analyst Relations strategy, building relationships with analysts in observability, AIOps, AI, cloud, and digital experience.
• Drive briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and proactive engagements tied to launches and research calendars.
• Manage participation in major analyst evaluations like Magic Quadrants, coordinating submissions, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Shape market narrative through analyst validation and support executive interactions.
• Translate analyst feedback into recommendations for strategy, product roadmap, messaging, and GTM.
• Oversee program operations including subscriptions, tools, reporting, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Analyst Relations, Corporate Strategy, Product Marketing, or related B2B tech role.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise analyst landscape and experience scaling relationships.
• Proven track record leading analyst evaluations (Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes).
• Exceptional communication to distill complex concepts into narratives.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
