What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation of AI agent architectures and agentic workflows
• Develop MCP integrations connecting AI agents to tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub
• Design multi-tenant, production-grade AI systems with observability, caching, and resilience
• Build and maintain Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols
• Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years Python with async programming and FastAPI
• 4+ years frontend with React/TypeScript
• 3+ years designing, deploying, operating LLM-based solutions in production
• Hands-on AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Experience with MCP or A2A protocols
• API design, authentication, multi-tenant architectures
• Track record leading initiatives and mentoring
• Strong testing discipline (unit, integration, E2E)
• Great communication skills
