Software Engineering Internship (Blockchain)

TL;DR

Software Engineering Internship (Blockchain): Building and scaling data pipelines, infrastructure, and applications for blockchain analysis with an accent on ingesting, transforming, and supporting nearly 1TB of blockchain data per day. Focus on developing high-quality code using modern frameworks, debugging production issues, and improving workflows for crypto investigations.

What you will do

• Work as part of a September 2026 - February 2027 internship cohort with local mentors on a specific R&D Investigations team
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to solve real-world problems, demystify crypto data, and improve data pipelines and workflows
• Develop and deploy high-quality code using AWS, GCP, lambdas, Kafka, S3, Java, Typescript, Databricks, and more
• Debug production issues and participate in blameless post-mortems to strengthen systems

Requirements

• Computer Science degree (or similar) in progress with expected graduation in 2027
• Demonstrated application development or data engineering experience from internships, work, competitions, open source, or publications
• Experience with code and architecture reviews from internships or open source projects
• Exposure to React/Angular, Kafka, Spring Boot, and Postgres
• Customer-centric mindset, urgency, and solid work ethic
• Strong interest in learning about cryptocurrencies
