What you will do

• Manage full product lifecycle from 0-1 ideation to scaling and optimization for millions of active users.
• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative data to form evidence-based hypotheses.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and run A/B tests to improve user journey, adoption, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Security, UX, Data, Growth, Support, and Marketing.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline processes and amplify business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager with track record of shipping impactful products at scale.
• Strong business acumen to connect user problems to outcomes and prioritize metrics.
• Technical orientation, understanding system flows and APIs, collaborating with engineers.
• Hands-on execution mindset with ownership from ideation to delivery.
• Experience in 0-1 product building and optimization/iteration.
• Data-driven with KPIs, analytics, and user research skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mobile-First products.
• Background in B2C products.
• Cybersecurity domain experience or technical background.
