Senior QA Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and engineers to identify risks, edge cases, and gaps early
• Drive test strategy, methodologies, quality criteria, and risk-based coverage
• Own end-to-end test planning, execution, and validation of features
• Develop test automation focusing on business impact and test pyramid coverage
• Identify, prioritize defects and communicate with reproducible reports
• Use SQL and data analysis to investigate issues and support decisions
• Integrate production signals into test design and contribute to postmortems
• Act as quality advocate, improve processes and share knowledge

Requirements

• Good English level – both spoken and written
• 5+ years in software quality assurance
• Experience with backend technologies: APIs, DBs (SQL), services
• Experience with mobile platforms: iOS and Android
• Experience in test automation
• Proactive in gathering non-functional requirements
• Excellent understanding of testing in Agile lifecycle
• Positive thinking, quality orientation, reliability, attention to details

Nice to have

• Cross-browser testing, including mobile and Facebook browser, with focus on loading speed
• Experience in load testing
• Understanding of A/B experimentation and testing strategy
